Spring Affaire Renaissance Day
Join ARC & Barony of Darkwater for a day of medieval fun!
Learn about the ancient sport of falconry, watch flight demonstrations, and meet birds of prey at the Avian Reconditioning Center. Watch Renaissance-period demonstrations of archery, sword fighting, and more by the Barony of Darkwater.
Have your picture taken with one our beautiful birds of prey. Get Knighted by our Queen. Kids will have fun making crafts. Enjoy food and shopping at our many vendors, listen to live music by the McIntyre Band (12PM to 1PM) and even try your hand at axe throwing!
Join our immersive event with our volunteers dressed in Renaissance-period garb. You're welcome to dress up as well or come as you are!

Packages
General Admission $5
This is standard admission to the entire day of the event. Includes viewing the falconry demonstration, sword demonstrations vendor area access and Live music performance. Kids 5 and under are free but if they want to participate in any of the additional activities, purchasing an add on package is required.
Kids craft addition $5 - 40 tickets
Kids will be able to make and decorate a crown.
Bird photo addition $10 - 10 tickets
Have your photo taken with one of our beautiful birds of prey, escorted by their handler. You will receive a digital copy of the photo.
11AM- 12pm
Knighting ceremony addition $10 - 8 tickets
Be knighted by our Queen! Get a digital photo and an announcement during the event.
1:30pm- 2:30pm
